How it is weighted
The forecast starts from your 14-day average Recovery and adds three nudges:

- About 3.6 points off for each Strain point above your 14-day average, or on for each below, up to 12.
- Sleep
- Planned sleep 10% above your usual need adds 1.4 points, up to 3.5; less than your need takes points off.
- Trend
- If Recovery has been climbing or falling, it eases back by the daily slope, up to 8 points.
